RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of our Matchmaker Advisors include, but are not limited to: Conduct sales calls with potential as well as previous members No cold calling -we have a team that schedules and confirms your scheduled discovery calls Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through our consultative sales process Achieve sales quotas Coordinate with team and schedule new clients for onboarding call with Match Maker. who will schedule dates QUALIFICATIONS Required 1-year min experience working in the dating /matchmaking industry. Phone sales experience Desired Experience working for a start-up or small company Compensation: This is a professional sales position with a strong, competitive base salary and an uncapped and lucrative commission. During this time, you will be required to work in your own home office equipped with internet (meet bandwidth requirements), and a conducive environment that allows for privacy, quiet, good lighting, and is appropriate to attend a team or client video meeting.
