Our client, one of the largest audio and media companies in the U.S., is looking to add a high-energy Account Executive to their growing Toledo team!

This is a true hunter-focused B2B sales role for someone who enjoys creating business from the ground up. You’ll build your own prospect list, make high-volume outbound calls, open doors with local businesses, uncover their marketing challenges, and develop customized solutions across broadcast radio, digital/streaming audio, podcasts, social, events, sponsorships, and digital marketing. You’ll own your territory, build your pipeline, create opportunities, and earn uncapped commission based on the business you generate.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Prospect and cold call local businesses to create new sales opportunitiesBuild your own prospect lists and consistently generate new pipelineMake high-volume outbound calls and set appointments with business owners and decision-makersConduct discovery meetings to understand a client's business, goals, challenges, and target audienceDevelop customized advertising and marketing solutions based on each client's needsSell across broadcast radio, streaming/digital audio, podcasts, social, events, sponsorships, and integrated digital marketingPresent proposals and close new businessBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsGrow your book through renewals, upselling, and expanding existing accountsManage your pipeline, activity, and opportunities through Salesforce

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

2+ years of B2B sales experienceProven success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and new business developmentComfortable with high-volume activity and consistently creating new opportunitiesExperience building your own prospect lists and pipeline rather than relying solely on provided leadsHunter mentality- competitive, persistent, confident, and motivated by resultsComfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and other decision-makersStrong discovery, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsConsultative approach- able to ask good questions, uncover needs, and recommend the right solution rather than simply sell a productHighly disciplined and organized with the ability to manage your own territory and sales activityComfortable working in a performance-driven environment where your income is tied to your resultsMedia/advertising experience is a plus, but not requiredSDR/BDR candidates with strong outbound metrics and a proven track record may also be consideredMust currently live in or around Toledo, OHValid driver's license and reliable transportation required
