Role Description This is a full-time role as a Media/Advertising Coordinator at Integrated Advertising, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Media/Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the media and advertising team, creating and executing the day-to-day tasks related to campaigns, content creation, and media and digital buys. Analyzing and managing data and managing workflow a must. Qualifications • Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity and experienced in media planning and buying, social media platforms, and advertising principles • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with data experience • 4+ years experience FULL TIME PAID EXPERIENCE in digital, OTT and traditional media, advertising, marketing • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
