Your focus will be on the execution, daily pacing, and deep-dive reporting of banner and programmatic campaigns to ensure high-quality applicant flow into client's internal systems. Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital media or performance marketing.Execution Mindset: Proven experience managing $100k-$200k+ in annualized media spend with a focus on ROI.Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas) and familiarity with dashboarding tools (Tableau/PowerBI) for "internal utilization" reports.Precision: Extreme attention to detail-errors in recruitment spend can lead to significant gaps in the talent pipeline.Collaboration: Comfortable working in a structured environment where final approvals and strategy are handled by senior leadership.
