At the same time, this individual needs to be a driven self-starter with a passion for marketing who can adapt and evolve with the business. Essential Traits for Success in this Position Genuine passion for aesthetic medicine, social media, and storytelling with a strong understanding of the aesthetics and plastic surgery industries. Ability to work directly with high-profile surgeons and clinical leadership, with professionalism, confidence, and resilience in high-feedback, fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining composure and accountability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
