Media art and visual production

This is a contract position for the right person who has visual design and media production skills both for print and online. Hours will vary but they will be consistent. We provide our clients with a full range of web, print and email marketing services along with publicity and PR. Samples of your best work Skills we’re looking for: • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications • Solid understanding of email campaign production for MailChimp and Constant Contact. • Familiarity with the use of typography and grids • Assisting in conceptualizing and designing internal marketing materials (for print and company website) • Presenting organized files such as Photoshop • Passionate about design in general with a great understanding of color palettes, gradients and flat colors • Ability to follow instructions / directions and open to critiques and feedback • Strong verbal and written English skills (proper spelling and grammar) • WordPress knowledge is essential • Creating wireframes and website mockups based on creative briefs and other materials • Creating images optimized for the web • Ability to perform well under pressure and under short deadlines • Attending client meetings (whether onsite or teleconference) and working with our Account Managers to translate visions into reality • Assuring that projects are completed according to schedule • Effectively applying our methodology and following project standards • Resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented and internet savvy • Searching daily to expand your knowledge and resources and sharing that with the team Another note: Failure to comply with requests means you’re not qualified or right for this position.
