KEN Media is searching for an entry-level Media Assistant with experience in digital channels. This person must be a quick learner, data-driven, and have a keen sense for details. Responsibilities: • Be knowledgeable of the accounts' strategic media plans based on brand strategy, account goals, and client direction • Support campaign set-up with spec and trafficking sheet creation and campaign trafficking execution • Assist with the creation of client-facing deliverables, such as flowcharts, billing documents, live campaign decks, performance reports, optimization recommendations, etc • Contribute to the day-to-day stewardship of campaigns and ensure the accuracy of budgets, flowcharts, billing, etc • Participate in training to expand knowledge, experience, and work efficiencies • Utilize media tools and resources to pull competitive and audience insight to help inform media strategy and to pull reach and frequency delivery for media buys • Stay up to date and aware of new platforms, buying techniques, and information around opportunities for our clients • Help evaluate publisher capabilities, media opportunities, and campaign performance
