Media Assistant

Octagon Media is seeking a highly organized and analytical Media Assistant to support the planning, buying, trafficking, and reconciliation of media across traditional, digital, and paid online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of media terminology, research tools, and buying platforms such as FreeWheel or Strata, along with prior experience working in an advertising agency environment. • Collaborate with internal departments (creative, account management, and finance) to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. • 2–3 years of agency experience in media planning or buying preferred. • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to create and interpret flowcharts, budgets, and performance reports.
