Media Assistant

The Media Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Media Assistant plays an important role in keeping our media campaigns organized, accurate, and moving forward. This position supports the media team with campaign setup and execution, media proposals and reporting, trafficking creative assets, maintaining campaign details and assisting with billing reconciliation and invoice tracking. This position offers the opportunity to learn media strategy, planning, buying, campaign management, and reporting, with room to grow within the media team.

You’ll work closely with our media team, internal departments, and outside media partners, so strong communication, organization, and follow through are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in media and advertising while gaining hands-on experience across both traditional and digital channels. The Media Assistant will help coordinate with vendors and internal teams, process insertion orders, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports for client presentations. The role also involves supporting networking initiatives, staying current on media trends, and contributing to a collaborative, detail-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:





Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities without losing track of the details
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and similar business tools
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, reporting, and basic data analysis
Dependable, proactive, and willing to ask questions when something doesn’t look right
Interest in advertising, marketing, and media
Previous agency, marketing, advertising, or internship experience is helpful, but not required
Knowledge of media planning or buying is a plus, but we’re willing to teach the right person
