We connect local communities, families, and regional businesses by offering brands high-visibility advertising packages, digital broadcast integrations, and custom venue/sponsorship placements.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Ad Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for Tween-Sports. In this role, you will lead outreach to regional and statewide businesses—including local automotive dealerships, dental practices, sports complexes, restaurant groups, and corporate sponsors—offering them prime multi-platform advertising exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and pitch local and regional businesses throughout Ohio on Tween-Sports advertising & sponsorship packages.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, marketing directors, and community leaders.
Custom Pitch Creation: Work closely with HDP leadership to present tailored commercial, digital banner, and show-sponsorship proposals.
Closing & Contracting: Onboard sponsors using structured ad rate cards, digital contracts, and invoicing systems.
Campaign Delivery: Serve as the main point of contact for advertising clients, gathering asset logos/footage for commercial production and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Sales Experience: 1–1+ years of experience in media sales, broadcast/TV advertising, local sports sponsorships, or digital ad inventory (preferred, but strong drive & network matter most!).
Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ohio business networks and regional markets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Self-Starter: Highly organized with the ability to manage pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups independently.
Passion for Media & Sports: Enthusiasm for youth athletics, community engagement, and independent television/digital production.
