Media Business Manager

Hutton Broadcasting is a multimedia company with 15 radio stations, 350 Indoor Digital Signage locations, 5 city centric websites, a full-service digital agency and large video production company. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Media Business Manager to join our team. As the Media Business Manager you will organize and control all business and accounting matters of Hutton Broadcasting to assure propriety of business transactions and compliance with Hutton Broadcasting’s policy; to maintain records of business activity in such fashion as to facilitate good internal control, meaningful and timely reporting and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles; advise division management of business matters and perform other business and accounting functions as directed by station management. Team Management: Supervise and provide leadership to traffic employees and receptionists, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Supervise and direct the station traffic, billing, and receivable functions to assure timely and accurate invoicing and sales reporting, current and accurate inventory reports, correlation with other related accounting functions and timely and effective collection efforts for receivable accounts.
