Job Title: Media Buyer Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time • Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates • Build and test audiences, creatives, and funnels • Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets accordingly • Track and report on key metrics (CPL, conversion rate, volume) • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align lead quality with business goals Requirements • 2+ years of media buying experience with a focus on lead generation • Proven experience managing paid campaigns at scale • Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
