This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Media Buyer based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Media Buyer will support media planning, strategy, and buying efforts across various campaigns. Qualifications • Media Planning and Media Buying skills, with the ability to manage and execute campaigns effectively • Media Strategy and Analytical Skills to develop and evaluate performance-driven plans • Strong Communication skills for collaboration with teams and reporting insights to stakeholders • Proficiency in using media and analytics tools; familiarity with digital platforms is a plus • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Prior experience or internships in media buying or planning is an advantage • What You’ll Do • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more • Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns focused on performance and efficiency • Work closely with leadership to refine strategy and execution across accounts • Analyze performance data and identify what’s working and what’s not • Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance and output • Test new creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and formats • Manage budget pacing, reporting, and account organization • Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and new opportunities What You’ll Get • Direct exposure to real client accounts and meaningful budgets • Close collaboration with a high-level creative team • Hands-on experience scaling campaigns across multiple platforms • A clear path to grow into a senior media buyer • A fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts growth
