Our ideal candidate will bring: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and others.Develop strategies to maximize ROAS while scaling campaigns for Integra brands. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to track performance and report actionable insights to stakeholders.Provide data-driven recommendations for improving overall advertising efforts. 4-7 years of experience in social media advertising or media buying, particularly for e-commerce CPG brands.Strong expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube, with additional experience on other social media platforms being a plus.A demonstrated ability to manage large ad budgets and achieve high ROAS.Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards.Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies for e-commerce and CPG.Experience with brand and creative marketing briefings and collaboration to help develop engaging, high-performing ad assets.Highly analytical and results-oriented.Detail-focused with strong time-management and organizational skills.Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of industry trends and test innovative strategies.Excellent communication skills to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Certification in Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads.Familiarity with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and other complementary channels.Previous experience managing seasonal campaigns and CPG product launches.
