We are looking for someone with an analytical mind that has a thirst for technology and quantifying data. \\- Align media strategies to KPIs \\- Execute paid media buys \\- Monitor campaign performance and optimizations \\- Develop a holistic media plan, including paid search and social \\- Develop data driven plans (media buying and retention) Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying direct ads (paid platform and programmatic) Experience with Adwords, Facebook Ads, direct publisher methods, Snapchat, TikTok and other paid search and affiliate networks Experience in Demand Side Platform executions Advanced skills in Excel, Google Analytics Expertise in using business analytics Experience in Data Visualization tools such as Grow a plus This role can be remote or on-site in San Diego or Orange County. Must be Entrepreneurial minded with a desire to analyze, plan and execute in a fast paced environment!
