📍 Location: On-Site – Miami, FL And we’re looking for a data-obsessed Media Buyer to help us drive pipeline, signups, and growth through paid advertising. 🚀 What You’ll Do: • Own and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Plan, test, and optimize ad creatives for lead gen, signups, and consultations • Manage ad budgets across multiple channels with an obsession for ROAS and CPL • Launch retargeting and lookalike campaigns to increase conversions • Build reports in tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Triple Whale (or suggest better!) ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 2–5 years of media buying experience (agency or in-house) • Proven success running paid campaigns with $10K+ monthly budgets • You’re a performance marketer at heart — obsessed with numbers, not fluff • Experience using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. • Strong copy instincts and know how to test angles + hooks • Bonus: Experience marketing for SaaS, AI, or PR/SEO platforms • 💰 Compensation: • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance bonuses tied to KPIs • Equity option potential • Remote-first team with flexible hours • Early team member in a fast-growing tech company • This is not a slow-moving job.
