Benefits: • Medical insurance, 401K, Paid holidays (including last week of December), Summer Fridays, Flex-time, Cell phone stipend Key Responsibilities: • Develop media strategies for integrated advertising campaigns • Manage campaigns from planning to optimization • Create media recommendations, POVs, and competitive analysis • Analyze performance metrics to exceed client KPIs • Build relationships with media vendors and share industry updates • Present recommendations and insights to clients • Collaborate with teams to integrate media reporting and create data visualizations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in media planning/buying • 1+ years in digital media. (Paid social, paid search) • Experience managing $1MM+ annual campaign budgets • Skilled in multi-channel campaign planning and execution • Expert in digital campaign management, optimization, and reporting • Strong data analysis skills for improving ROI • Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and media research tools (e.g., Resonate, MRI, SQAD) • Excellent communication, organization, and project management • Bonus: Understanding how AI can influence media buying and plannning What Sets You Apart: • Strong communication and presentation skills • Analytical mindset with mathematical aptitude • Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about media trends • Experienced in media negotiation and performance analysis
