Media Buyer

• Adjust creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and bid strategies to optimize performance in real time. • Perform A/B tests to validate hypotheses around targeting, bidding, creative, and landing page effectiveness. • Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance and media spend with a focus on maximizing ROI. • Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to develop data-informed campaign briefs and asset needs. Requirements • 2+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic platforms • Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and daily optimization tactics • Experience with A/B testing, tracking setup (e.g. GTM, pixels), and data-driven decision-making • Proficient in ad platform tools and Excel/Google Sheets • Clear communicator and team player in fast-paced, results-driven environment.
