About the position Responsibilities • Create and edit video and image content that maximizes engagement and CTR • Manage ads daily to ensure high ROI and profitability • Produce fresh and attention-grabbing ideas that will be turned into viral ad campaigns • Work with the team to consistently turn ideas and concepts into successful ad campaigns • Find exceptional talent to be spokespeople in our ads • Implement A/B tests to constantly improve ad creatives and performance • Collaborate with the paid media, compliance team, and other departments to create highly converting ads • Create ads from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget Requirements • 2+ years of social media buying experience • Extensive hands-on experience with social marketing platforms, including Facebook and TikTok • Expertise in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro • Understanding of marketing angles, hooks, and scroll-stopping strategies • Must have profitably spent at least \$50k per month on either Meta or TikTok ads (this will be verified) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits • Health insurance • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Paid time off • Vision insurance
