Media Buyer Manager (Paid Search)

**Overview:** Bayer US Pharma's Digital Media Strategy and Product Operations team is seeking a Media Buyer Manager who will activate media within biddable media platforms. As a key member of the team, you will drive strategic optimizations leveraging platform media insights and receive guidance from the biddable media strategy team. **Responsibilities:** • Manage all aspects of campaign operations life cycle across paid search, including campaign planning, ad-serving, pacing, performance monitoring, and optimization; • Exhibit clear understanding of designated digital media platforms to enhance media performance and seek guidance from senior team members; • Document and communicate key learnings from ongoing optimizations; • Expand skills beyond media management, taking an active role in leading new media format creative and platform integrations; • Collaborate consistently with internal teams such as DSAA, Brands, and FinOps to maintain and sustain the brand. **Qualifications:** • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; • 3-5 years of online advertising experience with in-depth knowledge of paid search; • Experience operating across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Search Ads 360, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. ); • Ability to demonstrate strategic thought and activation skills that go beyond basic platform knowledge; • Experience and comfort in training junior team members; • Experience working across cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
