This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring ad performance and costs, developing marketing strategies, and creating or directing high-converting ad creatives for our clients. Manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and key metrics.Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to improve results.Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.Create, edit, or direct the development of ad creatives, including images, graphics, and short-form video content.Write or assist with compelling ad copy and campaign messaging.Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign structures.Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.Track and report on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.Work closely with internal teams and clients to align campaigns with business objectives.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Marketing Specialist, or similar role. Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
