Media Buyer & Paid Ads Specialist (In-House, Full-Time)

Mission of the Role Strategy & Campaign Management • Own and manage our core marketing funnels: • Launch and test 10–15 new ad creatives per week • Deliver 30 new ad scripts per month to our video team for production • Maintain a live ad tracker sheet with all creatives, tests, and results • Optimize full funnel: ads → opt-in pages → post-opt-in automation You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: • Have 3-5+ years of paid media buying experience (preferably Meta) • Are a strong direct response copywriter • Know how to interpret funnel math, KPIs, and attribution • Are fluent with Meta CAPI, TikTok pixel, GTM, GA4, and ad tracking tools • Think like a marketer first, platform expert second • Move quickly, test often, and learn from data • Are coachable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role • Bonus: You have experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and managing CRM integrations • Write a 2–4 sentence video ad script for a funnel that helps homeowners pay off their mortgage faster using our mathematically-proven strategy.
