Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google
Create ad creatives and write high-converting ad copy while running A/B tests
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy
Experience using design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Familiarity with AI tools in creative and performance workflows
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
