Media Buyer/Planner

An award-winning advertising agency is hiring a Media Planner/Buyer in Baltimore, MD for a full-time, hybrid position onsite Tuesday and Thursday. The role offers the opportunity to develop and execute multi-channel media strategies, manage digital campaigns across various platforms, and optimize media spend to exceed client KPIs.

Media Planner/Buyer Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience planning multi-media, multi-market campaigns.At least 2 years of online planning and buying experience.Managed campaigns with annual budgets of $1MM+ preferred.Proficiency in digital campaign setup, management, and optimization.Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and syndicated research tools.

Media Planner/Buyer Responsibilities:

Develop research-based, cross-platform media recommendations aligned with integrated advertising strategies.Manage campaign setup, execution, and ongoing optimization across multiple digital platforms.Analyze campaign performance, identify strategic opportunities, and implement improvements.Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and internal teams.Present media recommendations, campaign analysis, and insights to clients.
