We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Media Planner and Buyer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our media team. This role requires an individual with expertise in both traditional and digital media, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively analyze and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, buying, and evaluating media across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute holistic media plans for a National Quick Service Restaurant brand with restaurants in Hawaii that align with both the National and Hawaii marketing objectives and budget.Utilize provided data to target audiences and select appropriate media channels to maximize reach and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure media plans complement creative strategies and align with client goals.Execute and negotiate media buys across digital platforms (CTV, Streaming Audio, Display, Social), terrestrial radio, linear TV, and print.Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate rates to ensure cost efficiency.Monitor, optimize, and adjust media buys in real time to maximize ROI.Plan, buy, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across display, video, audio, social, and programmatic channels.Utilize DSPs (i.e. The Trade Desk) for programmatic buying and optimization.Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights on an ongoing basis from start to end of the campaign.Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide comprehensive reports to clients and internal teams.Use data to inform optimization strategies and future media planning.Prepare post-campaign analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage and track media budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.Reconcile media invoices and ensure accurate billing.Key QualificationsExperience: Minimum 3-5 years of media planning and buying experience, preferably within an agency setting.Digital Expertise: Proven experience with digital advertising platforms, DSPs (especially The Trade Desk), and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta).Channel Knowledge: Expertise across multiple channels including digital and traditional media.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present strategies and results to clients and internal teams.Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Interpersonal and Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal teams and media partners.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.Proficiency with Media Related Software: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, inclusive of Excel, media planning and buying software (i.e. Strata).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesAdvertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
