Media Client Success Manager (Marketing Agency)

You’ll quarterback work across the agency, lead projects from kickoff through the entire account life cycle, keep clients and internal teams aligned, and anticipate challenges before they become roadblocks. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.Build trusted relationships through responsive, proactive, and thoughtful communication.Prepare agendas for and lead routine client status meetings.Document and communicate decisions, next steps, owners, and deadlines.Ensure expectations, responsibilities, and timelines are clear internally and externally.Facilitate productive conversations and guide clients toward decisions and outcomes.Navigate emerging concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.Gradually assume ownership of larger and more complex client relationships. Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they are explicitly requested.Connect campaign performance to client objectives and business outcomes.Make thoughtful recommendations based on data, client goals, and agency expertise.Bring potential solutions, not just problems, to agency leadership.
