Description Job purpose Please note this position is not focused on social media content development, and is centered around reporting, data, and billing. Duties and responsibilities • Assist Media Buyers in creation and maintenance of media flowcharts and client deliverables ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations • Input, send and confirm orders within media buying software • Clearly and effectively communicate clients’ requests and expectations to vendors • Prepare client invoices and manage reconciliation • Provide research for media markets and outlets • Assist in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Google Adwords, and The Trade Desk • Monitor daily pacing and delivery of digital media campaigns • Monitor and pull reports on multi-media campaigns Requirements
