Media Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Work with the Media Director on the implementation of broadcast, radio, digital, print, and outdoor media buys • Manage the buy reconciliation process, ensuring all inventory ran according to the purchased plan and all goals were met • Collaborate with the Media Director on order entry, makegoods and revisions, and work within flowcharts and buying software for all updates • Manage media trafficking and communication with vendors on creative assets or other needs to execute the media buys • Lead in the visualization of digital analytics reporting and tracking • Research and brainstorm media ideas based on audience insights • Work closely with the finance team on media billing processes and communication
