PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Attend internal brand, agency and vendor meetings to develop expertise and advance knowledge of media skills. \- Collaborate with Assistant Media Manager in developing Bi-weekly Competitive Paid Social Insights report for distribution to Marketing & Leadership team \- Review strategic & tactical plans as well as campaign reporting in order to further advance media knowledge \- Develop & foster connections with top media partners, in conjunction with media agency as applicable, in order to be aware of existing and new media providers, products and properties available \- Scheduling meetings between Media/Agency/Marketing as well as vendors \- Act as power user in TukTuk (internal planning tool) \- Be a thought leader in the media and marketing space and up to date on latest channels, platforms, buying methods and ad units \- Attend bi-weekly media agency status QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge) \- Knowledge of US Consumer Beauty environment (competitive brands, retail environment, digital activations) \- Keen desire to enter the media and digital space and build expertise in this area.
