About the Role: Responsibilities: • Work with the Media Director on the implementation of broadcast, radio, digital, print, and outdoor media buys • Collaborate with the Media Director on order entry, makegoods and revisions, and work within flowcharts and buying software for all updates • Manage the buy reconciliation and billing process, while communication with the finance department • Manage media trafficking and communication internally and with vendors on creative assets or other needs to execute the media buys • Lead in the visualization of digital analytics reporting • Research and brainstorm media ideas based on audience insights Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication • High-attention to detail • Exceptional organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Must love numbers and math 🤓 • Education or experience in the communications or advertising field
