This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and motivated by accuracy and follow-through.

This position is in-office at our Baton Rouge headquarters.

What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong working relationships with media vendorsUpdate and manage client media budgets with accuracy and consistencySupport advertising campaigns across video, audio, print, and outdoor mediaMonitor media schedules daily for changes, preemptions, revisions, and makegoodsReconcile traditional media invoices and ensure proper documentationTrack details across multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyStay informed on media trends and industry best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious media or advertising experience is a plus, but not required. We’re more focused on how you work than where you’ve worked.

Required Qualifications

At least two years of in-office professional experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfort with data entry and working in spreadsheetsProficiency with Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlinesStrong organizational and communication skillsA collaborative, team-first mindsetCuriosity and a genuine desire to learn and improvePreferred
