Media Coordinator - Agency, Onsite Fresno

Our agency client is looking for a Media Coordinator to support the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of media campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and interested in learning how media plans move from strategy to activation.
This role is full-time direct hire, on-site in Fresno, CA.
The Media Coordinator will work closely with the Media Director, internal teams, vendors, and account service to ensure campaigns run accurately, on time, and with strong documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in media, marketing, advertising, coordination, or project management preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, budgets, timelines, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Detail oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and executing media plans across digital and traditional channels
Gather vendor rates, specs, deadlines, and proposals
Maintain flowcharts, trackers, budgets, insertion orders, and vendor documentation
Coordinate with vendors, account teams, and creative teams to keep campaigns on schedule
Traffic creative assets and confirm specs, deadlines, and launch details
Track campaign launches, changes, makegoods, and status updates
Collect and organize performance data (impressions, clicks, CTR, pacing, spend, etc.)
Support billing by reviewing invoices, budgets, and discrepancies
Maintain organized records of campaign documentation and vendor communication
Assist with meeting prep, notes, follow-ups, and general media team support
Desired Skills:
Interest in both traditional and digital media
Basic understanding of media terms (impressions, CPM, CTR, pacing, trafficking, reconciliation)
Ability to spot inconsistencies in reporting, billing, or campaign details
Strong follow up skills and willingness to learn
What Success Looks Like
You help the media team stay organized, accurate, and proactive. Campaign materials are delivered on time, documentation is current, vendors receive timely follow up, and any issues are flagged early. This role strengthens workflow, visibility, and overall campaign execution across the media department.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
