Job purposeAs a Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the internal management of executing paid advertising campaigns on behalf of assigned clients while learning strategic and tactical acumen related to the full spectrum of advertising opportunities.Please note this position is not focused on social media content development, and is centered around reporting, data, and billing. Duties and responsibilitiesAssist Media Buyers in creation and maintenance of media flowcharts and client deliverables ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectationsInput, send and confirm orders within media buying softwareClearly and effectively communicate clients' requests and expectations to vendorsPrepare client invoices and manage reconciliationProvide research for media markets and outletsAssist in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Google Adwords, and The Trade DeskMonitor daily pacing and delivery of digital media campaignsMonitor and pull reports on multi-media campaignsRequirementsQualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office- including Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel proficiencyFamiliarity with Digital Marketing Platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. )Able to work independently and meet deadlinesAble to multitask and stay organizedResponsiveEffective listener and notetakerPositive and respectfulSalary Description $40,000 +
