Media Manager

Love Advertising is looking for a Media Manager who has lead media strategy and execution for an agency, media organization, or client and is ready to be the quarterback of a team. The right person is as comfortable in a client meeting as they are in an internal review. They’re organized, invested, and ready to roll up their sleeves alongside the team.

Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical Houston office. This is not a remote position.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the day-to-day client lead for media accounts across multiple industries, managing relationships with confidence and accountabilityTranslate client business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for media buying and digital teamsOversee project workflow across internal departments by keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on trackReview all client-facing materials before they go out the doorManage and mentor junior account staffStay ahead of client industries through ongoing researchReview and align with media team on plans, broadcast buys, billboards, print, digital media, etc.Oversee trafficking, creative rotations, and campaignsConnect with the Houston and Texas media community through leadership and participation

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field6+ years of agency account management or media planning experience, with direct client contactStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior clientsExperience in building strategic media plans and buys for traditional and digital campaignsHighly organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office
