Program Manager, Media Advertising & Conversion Position Overview The Program Manager, Media Advertising & Conversion is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of paid media programs across digital and traditional channels. This role drives measurable business outcomes by managing media investments to improve brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion performance across the full marketing funnel.The position partners cross-functionally with marketing, brand, UX, analytics, production, and agency teams to develop and optimize campaigns that increase engagement, lead quality, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).Key Responsibilities Media Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and own integrated paid media strategies aligned with business objectives across digital and traditional channelsPlan, implement, monitor, and optimize advertising campaignsManage media budgets, forecasts, and approvalsCoordinate media buying and campaign execution with agency partnersMaintain campaign timelines, project updates, and stakeholder communicationPerformance Optimization & Analytics Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable improvementsOptimize conversion performance across the marketing funnelConduct A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, and usability reviewsTrack and improve ROAS, lead quality, and conversion ratesBuild and maintain an ongoing optimization roadmapDevelop and document conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practicesCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, brand, analytics, UX, and production teams to align campaign executionCollaborate with agency partners and vendorsCommunicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholdersSupport training and education of internal teams on conversion optimizationAdditional Duties Maintain campaign documentation and reportingSupport compliance and approval processes as requiredManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5–6+ years of digital marketing experience, including paid mediaExperience managing complex media campaigns and budgetsHands‑on experience with:Google AdsThe Trade DeskMeta advertising platformsAdobe Analytics or similar analytics platformsStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsAbility to interpret data and make data‑driven decisionsProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity toolsPreferred Qualifications Experience with Tableau or similar visualization toolsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. )Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution modelsExperience with project management softwareExperience working in regulated or compliance‑driven industriesAgency or high‑growth company experienceExperience collaborating with creative or design teamsCore Competencies Digital Marketing & Paid Media StrategyBusiness Analytics & Performance MeasurementConversion Rate Optimization (CRO)Cross-Functional CollaborationCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementProject ManagementCustomer Experience AwarenessCritical Thinking & Problem SolvingSocial Media and Traditional Marketing KnowledgeTechnology and Data Fluency#J-18808-Ljbffr
