The Advertising Media Manager is a sales support role with The Business Journals. This position will work with local and major accounts sales teams, other internal support teams... and internal resources to create informed plans that meet client Goals and Objectives. Skills & ExperienceEducation : Bachelor’s DegreeExperience : 3-4 years media planning experience preferredSupport oriented with the ability to address needs in an expedient and courteous mannerStrong decision-making, brainstorming and conceptual thinking abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail and excellent follow throughExceptional character with a high degree of integrity and business ethicsExcellent time management, able to handle multiple assignments under tight deadline and pressure while prioritizing & communicating effectivelyStrong oral and written communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate best practices and requirements to peers and managementAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. This includes Salesforce, PowerBI, SwiftPitch, Excel, Google Ad Manager, AdBook and other tools as needed.Practice Development : Take ownership of tools, projects, and processes learning on the go suggesting innovations or efficiencies in workflowPlay a role in identifying, developing and implementing best practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
