Sr. Sitting within the Retail Media team at HS Ad, the Senior Associate will manage the Amazon Search (Sponsored Ads) and Display (DSP) activation, implementation, reporting and optimization, to drive sales and business growth for LG Electronics on-site within Amazon. Daily operations for this role include hands-on-keyboard campaign execution, optimization, daily budget pacing and bidding, using Amazon’s platform and third party tools (ie. Skai). Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related role • Solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and best practices • Minimum of 1 year or more hands-on experience in paid media planning/buying platforms (Amazon Advertising a plus) • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to develop data-driven insights • Highly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities • Self-motivated with a passion for learning new tools and technologies • Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace environment is a plus
