Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize efficiency and revenue impact Design and run structured experiments to improve conversion rates and efficiency Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on paid search experience with proven results around CPA and ROAS targets Experience managing seven-figure annual search budgets Deep expertise in Google Ads, including keyword strategy and bidding Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and identify improvement opportunities Experience working cross-functionally with various teams to align spend and performance with revenue goals
