Our media team blends precision with imagination, and we’re looking for a new teammate who’s as comfortable with numbers as they are with nuance. The Real Nitty-Gritty: Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute media across multiple paid channels, including: • Social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, NextDoor • Digital: Google, Microsoft, Instacart, programmatic, streaming TV • Traditional: TV, radio, print, OOH • Build audience strategies using research and cultural insights • Write clear, compelling media briefs and collaborate with internal teams • Traffic campaigns and manage live execution, optimizations, and reporting • Monitor pacing and maintain accurate budgets across campaigns • Analyze performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations • Maintain billing trackers, resolving discrepancies and reconciling actualizations • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members • Stay ahead of trends across the media landscape and bring fresh thinking to the table This is a full-time position with benefits, reporting to Media Department Directors, and it is located near or in Portland, OR.
