How You Will Contribute: • Assist in the development of media plans across all media types: Broadcast TV, Cable, Radio, Print, Out-of-Home, and Digital (Display, Mobile, Social) • Collaborate with Media Leadership and internal teams to define media strategies that meet client goals • Conduct research using industry-standard tools and compile data to inform targeting, budgeting, and channel selection • Analyze demographic and consumer data to build profiles of target audiences • Prepare, review, and maintain detailed media plan documents and flowcharts • Calculate media metrics such as reach, frequency, and ROI to optimize campaigns • Assist in creating and presenting plans to internal teams and clients—making revisions as needed based on feedback • Monitor media trends and shifts in the media landscape and proactively provide POVs and strategic recommendations • Ensure media deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations • Contribute to the overall innovation and performance of the media team through fresh thinking and problem-solving Support Duties: • Participate in internal and client-facing strategy sessions • Maintain internal documentation and assist with regular reporting on media performance • Attend all required meetings and meet deadlines with precision and care • Support execution and tracking of campaigns across multiple platforms • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and vendors • Work a minimum of three days in the office per week for the full working day
