As an HY Media Planner, you will be responsible for the activation and stewardship of digital ad campaigns to ensure they deliver on strategy, on budget and on time. Achieve proficiency in agency computer software and systems (e.g. Kantar/Media Radar, MRI/Simmons, Flashtalking).Apply your experience with media buying platforms to manage media buys in HY’s self-serve buying platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, The Trade Desk).Analyze data with a keen eye to establish baseline performance metrics, understand performance drivers, and apply your curiosity to find new ways to optimize campaigns. While digital experience is a necessary qualification, offline media experience will be a relevant added plus but not required.A degree in Advertising, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus.Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, programmatic buying, Meta) are a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel).Well-structured and grammatically-sound writing abilities for writing English-language emails, documents and presentations that are shared both internally and externally to employees, vendors, and clients.
