We trust you to manage your own time, we help you amplify your skills and create a career that not only defines success but reflects the genuine joy of mastering your craft.Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yrSalary $65,000 - $75,000What we are looking forWe are looking for an experienced media planner who is well versed in digital media, including programmatic, display, content syndication, endemic partnerships, etc. As a Media Planner you will lead media strategy, planning and buying for our clients and bring new ideas to our client programs. We want a passionate professional who can grow with our media team and business.What you will do Media Strategy and PlanningDevelopment of media strategies and plans designed to achieve campaign objectivesReview and analysis of media opportunities available through various partnersCultivate media partnerships, draft and submit RFPs and evaluate proposalsCreation and management of media channel/partner insertion ordersNegotiation and management of media partners on behalf of clientsReview and analysis of media plan performanceProvide proactive recommendation on media plan optimizations to drive performanceManagement and reconciliation of media budget and buysClient and Team LeadershipProvide a point of view on media best practices to clients and internal teamsEducate clients and internal teams on digital tactics including programmatic, partnerships, native, content syndication, etc.Present paid media strategies to a diverse range of clients, including complex, global B2B accountsCollaborate with TMP team members to develop comprehensive campaign strategiesLeverage client insights and campaign briefs to create a relevant target audience for campaignsMedia Operations and AnalyticsEnsure proper campaign set-up and execution including trafficking and tracking of all placements through Google Campaign ManagerAdvanced knowledge of campaign and platform analytics with the ability to use data to determine ideal budgets across channelsProvide estimated performance projections based on media plan recommendationsMeasure channel effectiveness against established KPIs and desired business outcomesWho you areYou are a go-getter, a positive yet determined person who enjoys learning on the go and taking on fun and exciting work. Being curious is always a plus - someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and help join a growing digital media team.QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or relevant work or internship experience4+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid digital media channelsExpertise in Google Campaign ManagerUnderstanding of social advertising platforms and tools (Facebook Ads Manager and Linked In Campaign Manager, Twitter, etc. )Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation and lead generationExperience working on multiple campaign types, including brand awareness, demand generation and ABMAbility to manage against aggressive timelines with flexibility to rapidly shift prioritiesKnowledge of digital tactics (paid social media, paid search, etc.)
