The Insurance Marketing Acquisition team supports direct response marketing initiatives for our Medicare Advantage and Specialty products. )Develop and maintain budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaignsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business2 years of experience in Media Marketing Strategy and CommunicationsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, media marketingStrong, demonstrated project management skillsStrong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysisStrong, demonstrated strategic skills and consulting skillsMarketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projectsExcellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organizationMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Communication or BusinessExperience working in the health insurance industryAdditional RequirementsThis is a remote role anywhere in the US, but will operate on EST.All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. )Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota.
