Media Sales Professional / Marketing ConsultantLocation: Greensboro/High Point/Winston SalemDick Broadcasting Company Inc. is hiring a Media Sales Professional / Marketing Consultant. The role requires a record of increasing advertising revenue across both traditional and digital media. The ideal candidate will identify creative solutions for local and national businesses and effectively communicate with clients and internal staff. Strong prospecting, appointment setting, and relationship building skills are essential, along with excellent time management and organizational abilities.ResponsibilitiesManage digital sales.Manage radio sales.Maintain a proven sales record while applying time management and presentation skills across online, mobile, social media, and computer platforms.Collaborate effectively with clients, promotions teams, and on‑air staff.Plan, strategize, sell, execute, and deliver results.Develop and deliver sales presentations in live settings.Travel to client and prospect locations to secure or support accounts.Follow up on all self‑generated and company‑generated contacts in an organized and effective manner.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Prepare for and attend weekly 1:1 and sales meetings.Be willing to learn and excel.QualificationsValid driver's license.BenefitsInsurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability.Paid Time Off that includes vacation, sick, and personal days; PTO is extremely competitive.Cell phone and mileage allowance.401(k) retirement savings plan.A fun and exciting work environment.Dick Broadcasting Co.
