Core responsibilities include: Develop integrated media plans across social & search channels that align with client objectives and budgets.Conduct audience and market research to inform media strategies, using data to uncover insights that drive targeting and messaging.Translate client goals and KPIs into actionable media strategies that deliver clear ROI.Present media recommendations and rationale to clients with clarity and confidence. Contribute to the growth of client relationships by providing strategic counsel and proactive ideas that add value.Stay current on media trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to ensure client strategies remain competitive.Support the Media Director and team leads with special projects, vendor communications, and partnership opportunities. 3+ years of media planning experience within a digital or integrated advertising agency.Strong understanding of digital, social, and programmatic media channels.Experience translating client goals into actionable media plans and tactics.Solid grasp of audience research, media math, and performance analytics.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage clients and internal teams.Collaborative spirit and proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
