OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: High-level customer service for clients' members and customers Ensure member satisfaction Cross selling of client services and membership benefits to the post-acute- care segment of the health-care continuum The person who fills this position will work closely with the President/Executive Director and Director of Membership Services. Must have excellent customer-services skills. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to pay attention to accuracy and detail.
