Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.LocationYarmouth, Maine | Plano, Texas | Dayton, OhioTravel0-5%ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative, multi-faceted marketing campaigns, which may include email, podcast episodes, blogs, print, social media, web content, webinars, infographics, advertising, videos, and in-person touchpoints with clients and prospects.Be curious and collaborative - engage internal subject matter experts to learn about our products and our client's needs to develop more informative and targeted content and campaigns.Become adept in the Tyler voice and writing style, to write effective, compelling content and ensuring that messaging is consistent and drives the key messages in an impactful way.Track project, campaign, and advertising results to report on the impact of work.Manage projects so assigned deliverables are completed on time and with efficient use of resources.Work independently on projects with some oversight from manager; engage collaboratively with team and clients as neededStay abreast of industry and marketing best practices, trends, ideas, tools, and technology.Utilize department technology to manage workflow - CoSchedule and Confluence for all campaign planning, TyCAT for project management, Marketo for email campaigns, Teams for project collaboration, and others as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of marketing experienceAn understanding of marketing communications vehicles, including email, direct mail, collateral, video, web, and trade shows, advertisingExperience effectively managing a variety of marketing projects and timelines.Strong writing skills and experienceKnowledge of AP styleSolid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)An understanding of graphic applications, image/media files, web media/interactive marketing, etc.A positive attitude with a desire to go above and beyond expectations.Technology/software industry and public sector experience preferred.Taking Care of You & Your FamilyYour health and well-being are important to us.
