In this role, you will support the departments marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, tracing online activities, researching and analyzing competitors, and creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies.ResponsibilitiesResearch the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target marketCreate and implement marketing campaignsTrack and report on online marketing activitiesIdentify, research, and report on competitorsCollect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to managementManage the marketing and communications team, including handling scheduling, time off requests, and performance reviewsCreate and implement marketing strategies and goals in accordance with long-term business plans and budgetsTrain new team membersManage new data and trends, and respond to them accordinglyWork closely with other departments to stay on top of new company happenings and projects, in order to properly promote themCreate presentations and reports for upper management and stakeholdersManage social media advertisements and postsManage online advertising campaigns, including Google AdsQualificationsBachelors degree in marketing or a related field is preferredPrevious experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar positionUnderstanding of digital marketing tools and research methodsKnowledge of search engine optimization techniquesSkilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analyticsFamiliarity with Content Management Software
