Membership Sales & Relations Welcome Center · Support member check in and questions · Support process of enrollment such as tours, guest questions and promotions available · Welcome Center staff support during staff breaks and when scheduling coverage is needed Membership Engagement · Develop and implement prospective and new member’s events and engagement tools such as welcome emails, membership appreciation programs and events and community business membership with marketing and membership staff · Provide support to members, event and program attendees once they are here at the JCC · Support member and guest program enrollment and billing including Camp By The Sea · Entering camp registrations, selections, invoicing and follow up on billing · Retention Outreach: Responsible for calling members before termination assigned via Daxko Engage · Retention and Membership Reporting: Responsible for reporting membership retention reports (new, renewed, and terminated) on weekly basis and updated reports for Bi-Weekly Directors Meeting · Support the development and edit membership communications including signage, emails, advertising materials · Support marketing strategies to meet membership, program and camp goals · Survey Result Management: Coordinate with departments and marketing to answer questions in surveys Administrative Support · Daxko Support Liaison: Outreach to Daxko about questions, nest practices, etc. · JCC Wide Communication Support: Secondary person to marketing for emergency notifications via Daxko, website and social media
