Attncapital is hiring two (2) full-time, remote Meta Ad Operations Specialists to coordinate campaigns between advertisers and influencers for our fast-growing Partnership Ads service. In this role, you will set up campaigns in Meta, serve as the primary point of contact for small advertisers assigned to you, and support our AdOps Managers with larger accounts and initiatives.

Since launching in December 2024, Attncapital has scaled our Partnership Ads service to over 500 advertisers and influencers. To support this lightening-fast growth, we are looking for a responsive, organized, and detail-oriented Meta Ad Operations Specialist to coordinate campaigns as directed by our Advertiser Success team.

This is a communication and execution heavy role. Our advertisers and influencers do not communicate directly – all communication runs through Attncapital. You'll manage communications for the smaller accounts you own. You’ll also support campaign setup for our larger accounts, where we also develop creative and build campaigns.
